As much as I admired Osian as a Coach, I was let down by his decision making as head of Welsh Football.
As you can see Osian was like many other Welsh Trust members spying on my every move.
I exposed the FAW trust for favouritism with their Coach education programme, I’ve already highlighted the Welsh Trust passed Former Professional Footballers and Present Day Footballers with a free Pass on A’ Licence courses ect.
As you see, Osian has joined Patrick Viera at Crystal Palace who attended the Faw Courses a few years ago.
Favouritism is unethical and not a level playing field, especially when I had asked for a date for my A licence assessment but the Faw Trust refused as they couldn’t fit me in, or wouldn’t fit me in, as my face didn’t fit. But, and a big but, allowed Gary Speed to pass, Tierry Henry and Paul Jewell, included all passed when the average coach was treated differently
That is discrimination and not a level playing field

I have always stated, treat people fairly, do not discriminate or favour ex Pros as one day you will upset somone you didn’t want to.
I have lots of evidence on this, so I’m more than happy if they feel that I’m telling lies, see you in court. 😂
