So here is more evidence of what can only be described as Discrimination at the highest level.
After Years of discrimination from The Faw Trust, who I have exposed previously for Passing High profile Footballers on Coach education courses, where players didn’t turn up, or were fast tracked etc.
I had enough and contacted the Welsh Government who in their reply had contacted both Faw Trust and Sport Wales
As you can clearly see, the Government official states The Faw Trust ( Welsh Football Trust ) had exhausted all avenues ……….. blah blah blah and the Welsh Government could not get involved.
Yet the report does not state that the Faw Trust wrongly, gave Conwy County Borough Council and Llandudno Fc a certificate to run Fun Football sessions.
To run these sessions the Co-ordinator has to be a level 2 qualified Coach. The Faw Trust lied to me on 2 occasions who was the Qualified Co-ordinator
Only my persistence paid off, meaning The Faw Trust had no option but to suspend it. Basically I demanded it !
NO APOLOGY to me for lying about it for years either. As you can see I was treated with discrimination which basically ment I would never succeed in Wales as a football coach because I didn’t Tow the line and do as I was Told.
Utter disgrace Neil ward and those involved especially given an Accreditation to a Council and llandudno Football club who wouldn’t allow me to use their facilities either.
1000’s Of innocent children attended Futebol Cymru, luckily there were no DBS incidents or insurance claims against Conwy County Borough Council or Llandudno Fc for an organisation that didn’t have the correct Qualified coach in charge.
BTW The Faw Trust gave me 3 names who was the Co-ordinator.
They tried to blind me, thinking I was stupid when I knew that the names given to me were not qualified to Level 2 standard.
The second name given to me was Gaz Rawlings, the Faw Trust stated he was qualified, until I said I had a pic of him on his level 2 which the Faw Trust had just tweeted, that means he wasn’t qualified as you needed to be already qualified. I will dig deep for the responses to this, although most were at that time by phone call, Jamie Clewer voice dropped, he stuttered and went quiet when I gave him my evidence.
Then the 3rd name was Ricky Jones, a coach I had mentored for years who left me to join the council in competition against me. I did feel sad when he left my buisness and started with the Council. Then Ricky went to Llandudno Fc which I didn’t feel bad about, just disappointed.
For the record……
I never minded competition at all, I thrived on it. But what I do mind is discrimination and under hand bullying tactics by people or organisations who think they are untouchable. That said, it goes against all the policies all the above bang on about, Equality, Level playing Field etc.
