I’m sure readers of my blog can slowly put together without influence, North Wales police and its officers having fallen far below expected standards, and can be seen as turning a blind eye to officers own corruption within the Force.
To put me through many years of hurt, upset and irreversible damage should of resulted in severe punishment for those involved
But it didn’t
So I find what comfort I can in exposing what I was subjected too in the hope this becomes my way of trying to move forward.
Also, I hope this is what appears as ” My painful experience ” will not be repeated as I hope people will find strength in my battle to see that research/ ask questions and take immediate action to not let it escalate. Although I did do that !
Here you will find Pc Mike Smith and his lawful debt to the Coaching company I had at the time.
He owed £30 for lessons attended by his Son, to my after school Fun Football club I ran at Ysgol San Sior in Llandudno.
It was for 2 terms, basically 15 sessions. At the time Pc Mike Smith came across like every other parent, but once he got involved with his college Pc Gary Cooper, that all changed.
He ran up the 2 term debt and refused to pay, I asked politely and gave sealed letters to the secretary of the school to be passed on, to remind that the debt be paid.
I asked him personally and eventually through a twitter conversation he stated ( He wouldn’t pay, because he thought that my sessions were basically not very good)
But he still sent his son for 15 of them. If they were not good, I’m sure he would question why he had sent him for 2 previous years, and why he stood on the sidelines poaching any players to go and play for his club.
I asked North Wales Police and Srgt Jon Rowlands to investigate, I asked for retreaval of the Twitter messages he sent. Rowlands took 2 years to investigate and said Twitter would not release the messages.
Srgt Rowlands also deliberately hid other important parts of my complaint for 3 years, basically hiding my complaint in a desk, although he did tell other colleagues what was going on, and guess what, they hid it too.
As you can see, a lawful debt by a Police officer is a serious offence. Pc Mike Smith partner/Wife Julie Fallon-Smith was/is part of The Police and Crime commission, so also should be held accountable
As of today a near 10 years later, Both Pc Mike Smith and Councillor Julie Fallon-Smith owe that debt.
Guess what ? North Wales Police have still not investigated it, by law they should, although in heated phone conversation with DCI Dan Tipton, my buisness was not classed as a lawful debt or the threshold met bla bla bla. Absolutely load of rubbish, it’s a lawful debt for Services provided with consent from both parties, the provider and customer
I could actually do with the £30 and much more as this investigation cost me ££ in legal advice/ money lost and pain / upset suffered.
