When you look for help, guidance, or protocol in complaints you expect professional people to be there for you.
I had over many years served the North Wales Coast Fa very well. I managed the Nwcfa Under 15s and then landed the prestigious Nwcfa under 18 managers job.
With that came huge success, not seen before or since as winning a major Trophy back to back ( The Ram Trophy between North Wales, North East and Central Wales ) for 2 years was an incredible achievement
Especially as managers of the other Teams were all working for the FAW Trust and Far more experienced.
I also managed the under 13/16 Girls and also the Regions Team manager that made the semi Final in qualifying.
I was very proud and I did very well, making a good name for myself which I worked very hard for.
Until Jealousy took over !
You would expect the North Wales Coast Fa to help, but no, they actually condoned and also backed the Police officers who bullied me.
