This certainly is one man’s battle, there’s a plethora of organisations that fail to deliver or even uphold Rules, Regulations, Timescales or common decency.

Since June 2021, I have Phoned, emailed countless times,Burnley Fc to investigate my complaint where they are in a partnership with Llandudno Fc. Most times I was treated as a hinderarence and not a victim, chasing them to even get any kind of response.
This everyone is not the way to investigate and uphold values of Racism, taking the knee, Homophobia etc. It’s taking the p#ss
As you are aware, I was subjected to Racism, Homophobia on their ( Llandudno Fc ) Social media, Bullied by Mike Smith their Director, Discrimination by Shaun Eardley ( Now 1st team manager ) not allowing me to hire their Facilities, stalked on line, Bullied by various Staff and supporters, the list is endless. Many years of torment and upsetting moments I had to endure.
It took 7 months for a response in writing, having contacted “Show Racism the Red Card” who contacted Burnley Fc ( Twice ) over 2 months apart, on my behalf, to acknowledge and put into writing Burnley Fc stance on my complaint
I cannot show you, as yet the responses as I’m waiting for a Subject axcess request to be finally sanctioned and sent to me, including all emails, Transctipted phone calls and any other internal emails Burnley Fc are legally bound to provide.
7 months wait, absolutely shameful and now I’ve escalated my complaint further and involved The Independent Officers commission, and supporters at Premier League as well as other high ranked persons at Burnley Fc following the protocol set out by Burnley Fc. Which is obviously not being adheared to.
I won’t give in, no matter what, after what those Rats at Llandudno Fc did and I expected better from a English Premier league Club.
