The Faw Trust must be one of the worst organisations I’ve come across, very similar to North Wales Police.
I asked for a subject access request 4 months ago which the Faw Trust are legally obliged to facilitate with and Provide. Along with strict guidelines set out by the Charity Commission as the Faw Trust are a Charity and Registered.
The communication from the Faw Trust, as over the last 15 years with them is nothing but diabolical and a failure to adhere to their own code of practice.
The Faw Trust have failed to supply or take seriously my Subject access request . They sent just 4 documents ( emails ) over 15 years they have on record.
In those 15 years there must be 100s of emails, complaints, the partnership I had with them etc.
“I’ve had to endure the original injustice and now have to suffer the battle for justice after it” its too easy for public and private authorities to cover up, delay, misinform.
This needs levelling up !
The Faw excuse is that Faw Trust staff have left and deleted emails off their ( Laptop) system. Yet the 4 documents I’ve been sent are from Faw Trust past and present staff. So where are all the other emails. My expectation is that the Faw Trust has a computer system that is capable of retrieving past emails and Backup, as surely they keep a record? And hold AGM and EGM for various constitution reasons.
Now the reason for the subject access request is for not only transparency but honesty from the Faw Trust themselves.
My complaint is ” Bullying and intimidated from various Staff of the Faw trust towards me, treating me less favourably than other members of the public or Partnerships.
I’ve contacted the Charity Commission over the last 4 months.
Once again, another organisation that do not follow strict guidelines, set out by other regulatory bodies, eg time frames/scales/communication and adhering to specific acts of Parliament eg Equality Act 2010.
I’m currently appealing the decisions by the Charity Commission, I have to go through unnecessary timescales and Policies because of what is supposed to be a tried and trusted system that gives comfort to the public. Although 2 replies from the Charity Commission are very interesting to read and will be made public if they fail to take appropriate action or take a court order to stop them being printed.
Anyway, back to the Faw Trust. Luckily I have in my possession to prove to the public what your Staff said, who said it and your poor decisions that the public are unaware of. I kept all emails, Texts etc.
I’m more than happy to name everyone who has failed in their duty to investigate, be accountable and why did the Faw Trust award my abuser with The coach of the Year award, when he was being investigated by North Wales Police? That does not fit your nicely worded policy that the public read.
I won’t give up, I will get my own justice if governing bodies etc don’t do their job.
