First and foremost, to My knowledge I have never met Mr Paul Mallon, admin of Llandudno News. We may/might of commented on social media, but to my memory, nothing that is of interest.
Llandudno News is a Facebook page with many 1000s of people, a page that should adhear to Facebook guidelines, especially as an admin Paul Mallon is responsible for content written and observed.
Now like myself, we’re all entitled to an opinion, so long as its factual, relevant and honest, doesn’t cause unwanted alarm, upset, harassment etc, Breaks any laws. Paul Fallon does not know me, he may know of me but does not know me at all. I’m disappointed he’s commented on issues I’ve faced, clearly stating false and misleading/inaccurate information
please read below.
Now I’m not here to change people’s mind but to deliver factual evidence either from authorities , organisations, or people involved. It’s their written evidence or what they’ve done.
Now don’t cry if you think it’s one sided, as these people involved are free to take legal action etc if what I state is untrue, I’m sure Paul Fallon knows this. Paul Fallon as ive seen from a far, falls out with lots of people, who am I to judge, but that’s what I’ve seen and read. As I’ve stated, to my knowledge I’ve never had cause to previously Fall out with him.
I have no issue with you Paul, but you are certainly incorrect in your opinion as my blog is informative and evidence based, you just have to read it. If your friends with those involved, that’s your choice, I’m not here to change your friends or belief.
But, for those that have read Paul Fallon comments and maybe believe them, etc I will leave you with the comments that matter from the Chief Constable of North Wales Mr Carl Foulkes, who states clearly in his written apology everything you need to know about my so called rants / what didn’t happen / ill informed etc as you have mentioned on Llandudno News Facebook page.
He states in this Apology, how honest I am, I mean I just bet you don’t have the same do you ? I Think Paul Mallon, you might look a bit silly now. This is a Chief Constable apologising and not an Admin of a Facebook page which hypocriticaly states my Story is Made up, as ive not been able to see or comment. BTW I still have lots of Friends in Llandudno who inform me of what goes on etc.
PAUL, If you make a public apology then I will remove this post. Failing that, its factual and evidence based and will stay on the blog as its in the public interest.
The Police are involved, as this is still a live case and all evidence will be passed on when interviewed.
