Further to my exposure of Llandudno Football Club and Conwy County Borough council, you can now see and read Daming evidence of the Way Ccbc turned a Bling eye to extreme Bullying / Discrimination/racism and upset caused to myself over a sustained period of time.
In a previous post you can see where Jan Manley stated that Ccbc and Llandudno Fc were not in a Partnership. The excuse she gave was poor and unprofessional and enabled both The Council and Llandudno Fc to make money from the public who would send children to Football camps and sessions.
As you may know, Making money from false advertising falls under many Acts/laws.
This I stated in many emails and phone calls to Ccbc and their legal department. This is and was Misleading and Misrepresentation to the public.
Below is the code of Conduct for Futebol Cymru.
The question is who takes responsibility if anything goes wrong.
Reading through the code of Conduct this would give Comfort to everyone thinking it was a legitimate organised partnership and fit for purpose.
I have more evidence to add to this utter shambles, and the shame it has brought to those who trusted Ccbc and Llandudno Fc
Even today the code of Conduct was written by who? Who takes responsibility and are held accountable!
What’s even more shocking is the role of the Faw Trust who accredited this false and misleading Partnership. They are held accountable as the Head Co-Ordinater of Ccbc was not qualified to deliver the Vauxhall Fun Football Programmes. You have to have a level 2 qualification and she was only level 1.
Even more shocking is Faw Trust actually gave an Accredtion Certificate to an organisation that didnt exist.
My Coaching Buisness was one of the first in Wales to be Accredited which cost £250 or more each year to join.
If you had the Accreditation then this would be useful for Councils to work alongside, yet Ccbc actually bullied there way to monopolise this in favour of making themselves money alongside Llandudno Fc who had to make money to sustain the 3g Facility.
Very soon I will expose the emails where The Faw Trust through my actions and Complaints withdrew the Ccbc Accreditation.
Mr Neil Ward of the Faw Trust met with me for 3 Hours just before he opened Llandudno Fc brand new 3g Facility. I will show you everything he sent me by email and how The Faw Trust lied to me and the public regarding welfare issues/accountability etc.
Imaging if anything went wrong at these Ccbc/Llandudnofc events/sessions if children or even adults found themselves in a welfare issue, as no one was being Accountable
The excuses from both the Faw Trust and Ccbc are so unprofessional and shocking to see the lies they told me. Both giving different accounts of why the Accreditation was stopped.
