One year ago I left Llandudno and moved to England, leaving behind many friends and young footballers who I couldn’t say goodbye to. I never ever imagined I would be forced to leave a place I fell in love with 16 years ago.
I have endured years and years of false allegations and hurtful messages which has effected my business and life.
All because i wanted to form a Junior Football Club in 2012, so innocent Children could play football. I’ve been left traumatised and seeking help from therapists and counselling. I’ve been scared into thinking I was being investigated by NORTH WALES POLICE due to police officers trolling and stalking me and my every move. 
From that decision in June 2012 a huge group of individuals took it upon themselves to gang up and cause upset & animosity towards myself, which has led to a 4 year Police investigation, and so far more than 8 officers/Seargents/inspectors receiving Performance related management advice or neglect of duty. I have also recieved a letter from North Wales Police Chief Constable regarding this.
This is all over kids playing Football and jealous and childish behaviour from adults who are Police officers who were afraid of losing their best under 7 players to my new club.

ARE ALL BULLIES AND USED THIER POWER AND POSITION IN THE COMMUNITY AND THROUGH THEIR WORK AS POLICE OFFICERS TO HUMILIATE / INTIMIDATE/ HARASS/UPSET / GANGED UP TO CAUSE ANIMOSITY WITH THEIR FOOTBALL FRIENDS AGAINST ME. THEY CAUSED A COMMUNITY OF HATE AGAINST ME.

Former Europa league qualifiers llandudno Fc have been named in a police report from North Wales Police as involved in ganging up causing upset and animosity to myself. Amazingly I’m a former coach and assistant Manager of the club and this is how I’ve been treated. 
Srgt Keene of Llandudno Police station acknowledged that i had recieved various offensive communication over the last 4 years. Noting most had come from persons involved with Llandudno Fc. 
This includes an offensive tweet that I believe is Racist. The Faw fined Llandudno Fc £100 for the offensivive tweet which somehow managed not to be published on the FAW official disciplinary website but appeared on an unofficial site.
Llandudno Fitc on an advert on face book allowed a comment to be published which tarnished my reputatiom and with a homophobic reference. The author of that comment a MR SAM DOLEMAN ( friend of Pc Mike Smith and Pc Gary Cooper) recieved only a warning from the NWCFA. MR Sam Doleman sent me various private messages regarding this.
( I will show you all the evidence ) 
Head of Fitc at the time Mr Sam Williams who along with Mr James Parry of Llandudno Fc only recieved advice from a meeting inside Llandudno Football club. I had met with Doz Montgomery and the then chairman of Llandudno Fc who stated Sam Williams mistakingly whilst under a fake profile went into the Llandudno Fc account to send the racist comment. Sam williams used various accounts on twitter to stalk myself along with other people at the club including James Parry who is working at Vancouver. I will contact them with my evidence very soon. 
All this will be explained in detail. 
I had made a complaint to North Wales Police regarding recently retired ex policeman Merion Williams.
In 2012 Pc Merion Williams along with members of Penrhyn Bay Fc block voted at the Colwyn & Aberconwy Junior Football league Agm, against a new Junior Football Club “Jubilee Dragons” wanting to Join the league. 
The voting system itself should not of been alowed as block voting was not permitted and The North Wales Coast along with the Colwyn & Aberconwy JfL failed to adhere to the rules set out by the Football Association of Wales.
The Welsh Football Trust also failed in its role in implementing new Junior Football Rules to the Colwyn & Aberconwy Junior Football league, whilst misleading the public by stating all Junior Football rules in Wales had been implemeted by 2010. 
The rules stated no Club could vote at the Agm with votes per team at the club. Eg 8 teams means 8 votes. The Rules were clear, that it was 1 vote per club.
Also Penrhyn Bay failed to ask their own team managers for their specific vote for Jubilee dragons as 2 managers contacted myyself and stated they didnt want their vote included.
Penryn Bay Jfc broke many rules.
At the time, Pc Merion Williams who is well known in the area through his police work and involvement in Junior Football questioned my self and my intentions of joining the league.
Very similar to an interrogation, when just minutes before the league had stated that there were fewer teams and needed more clubs/teams to join the league. 
Merion williams along side others including other serving North Wales police officers, clearly didn’t want me to join the league.
There were a reported 80 children wanting to play football which would of been 8 new teams. Children aged 6 -11 all desperate to play football. The vast majority for the very first time.
Pc Merion williams clearly had a major say in the decision to vote agaist my Football club Jubilee Dragons. The votes were counted and after a second vote, jubilee Dragons were refused permission to join.
The voting count on the night was again incorrect as the allocated votes in the room didn’t add up. 
This was made known to the Colwyn and Aberconwy Junior Football league who refused to listen, so the North Wales coast Fa and the Faw were involved.
After a needless 1 year wait the complaint was upheld in favour of the complainant.
In the meantime 80 players who wanted to play, joined an existing member club “Real Colwyn Fc”
When Penrhyn Bay found that i had joined Real Colwyn, Penrhyn Bay refused to play any games against Real Colwyn (Jubilee Dragons) because i was involved. 
Real colwyn (Jubilee Dragons) had paid Colwyn & Aberconwy JFL £800 for games to be arranged as per league constitution. The league failed to impose its powers on Penrhyn Bay to full-fill fixtures against Real Colwyn (Jubilee Dragons)
I took my case to the Faw and won, as the Faw upheld my complaint and Penrhyn Bay should of played fixtures and cannot dictate who to play. This took 1 year. Penrhyn bay did start to play after 4 months but the damage to my reputation and Real Colwyn and Jubilee Dragons had been done. 
North Wales police were asked to comment on why serving police officers involved in junior football, why were they not allowing young innocent children the chance to play football? Due to personal agendas. 
To add insult to injury at the very time of this happening Merion Williams recieved a prestigious award from North Wales police for his on and off duty work and involvement in footbll.
Please note … 
Colwyn and aberconwy JFL were found guilty of bullying me, at a North Wales Coast FA diciplinary meeting after a newspaper article was published regarding the childish behaviour and difficulties faced in entering a Junior club, when the then League chairmen stated there would be no problem.
I will show all evidence I’ve gathered over 6 years on various social media sites. I will also use a website to tell my story and contact all newspapers and football sites to highlight what I’ve been subjected to. 
I will also contact sponsors and schools and the Faw diciplnary department and share my story.
This will be a statement of truth and I do so as i believe in justice and accountability .
I also dislike abuse of power and responsibility and a system that does not adhere to equality and diversity. To be free from oppression is everyone’s right regardless of ability and disability and regardless of your status in life
I have seen all the status regarding systematic bullying of many forms and also people too afraid to speak out due to consequences and have remained silent.
I have seen even from the powers that be to say ” Its good to talk ” etc regarding Mental health and other issues. 
This is certainly not attention seeking at all as its the harsh reality behind the scenes of what i have endured over 6 years. 
This has been part of an unprecendented 4 year plus investigation by North Wales Police and Dci Dan Tipton stated 
“This is one if the longest investigations on record and is hugely embarrassing for the force. It’s cost approx £40k and many man hrs in which North Wales Police have let you down ” 
The public expect truth and honesty/integrity especially when children are involved and for this to happen, public confidence in Officers working for North Wales Police will be questioned.
I have recieved in writing a statement from North Wales police that i have been ganged up on, and had been caused upset, and shown animiosity from various persons involved with football clubs. Those persons are 
Pc Mike Smith Pc Gary Cooper Pc Merion Williams 
Cheshire Police investigated North Wales Police and found many mistakes or delibrate ommisions including deleted emails and internal emails regarding the police officers that were not followed up.
I have rejected all apologies and I’m seeking a meeting with the New Chief Constable, for clarification regarding Police officer on/off duty behaviour and award system and the investigation process. I will also write to the crime commissioner with my disgust at how I’ve been treated and why North Wales Police allowed it’s officers to bully me and then investigating officers turning a blind eye to it and circled the wagons regarding the officers.

Llandudno Police station allowed systematic bullying over a 4 year period and are not fit for purpose. I will be taking this as far as I can. I will contact every newspaper in the land. 
It is in the intetest of the public to know that mistakes have been made and North Wales police who should do as they say , and are held accountable.
